Rental terms
Driver requirements
- Driver age — 21 and over.
- Driving experience — at least 2 years.
- A passport and a valid driver's licence.
- A national licence in Latin script or an International Driving Permit (IDP) works.
Payment and deposit
- Booking is free — no prepayment.
- Pay for the rental at pickup: cash or card.
- The deposit depends on the car class; renting without a deposit is also possible.
- The deposit is refunded when you return the car without new damage.
Insurance
- Every car is covered by CASCO insurance.
- The accident deductible is 10% of the damage amount, minimum $100.
- Add-ons are available: Super CASCO, theft insurance and passenger insurance.
In case of an accident
- Don't move the car from the scene.
- Call the police — 112.
- Call the insurance company's hotline.
- Contact us — we'll help you handle it properly.
- If the incident isn't filed with the police and the insurer, the damage is covered by the renter.
Territory and mileage
- Mileage within Georgia is unlimited.
- Leaving Georgia is only allowed with prior arrangement, a separate permit and insurance.
Add-on services
- Second driver.
- Child seat.
- Snow chains — for winter mountain routes.
- Car delivery and return to your address.
- Super CASCO, theft and passenger insurance.
Returning the car
- Return the car in the same condition, allowing for normal wear.
- Damage is checked against the handover report — photos and video count.
- Late return: 1–3 hours — 40% of the daily rate, 3–6 hours — 100%, over 6 hours — 200%.
- Returning a dirty car — $10.
Penalties and liability
- Driving under the influence — $1000.
- Lost keys — $500.
- Lost child seat — $100.
- Lost snow chains — $50.
- Repainting one body panel — from $100 (for damage without contacting the police and insurer).
- Traffic police fines are paid by the renter on the day they are issued.
